What files are accepted for upload ?
We accept:
-> jpeg and tiff files
-> with a resolution of 150 dpi
-> RGB color profile enclosed (preferably Adobe 1998 RGB
Please do not us CMYK nor ‘sRGB’. Designs made with these profiles will be less bright in color, nor wil the desired color correspond with the selected rgb value from the Color Guide or Atlas.
Make sure the tiff file is saved with LZW compression and without layers (flatten image), otherwise the file will be to large for upload.
All files are printed at a file resolution of 150 dpi (1/1). The preview in the design view page (2nd step during the file upload) will show the the size of your file at 150 dpi.
We accept files up to a maximum size of 60 Mb.
